The introduction of StarlingX API introduced a new healthcheck test.

Due to copy paste, several tests dealing with multicloud including StarlingX, Titanium and VIO kept the "small" label used to test ONAP "small" configuration.

4 types of deployment are considered: core, small, medium and full.

In "small" mode only a subset of modules are tested.

Multicloud is one of these modules, however we may consider only the upstream API  (Ocata and Pike) in addition of the multicloud healthchecks.

All the other tags (health and multicloud) are kept on all the tests related to multicloud.

it means than in a full deployment, all the testcases will be still performed.
