Add support for logging

We need to add support for logs and monitoring so that we have historical data tracking the performance of the application.

This allows easier debug and troubleshooting on remote sites.

Consider the use of fluentd for log collection.

However, this story should also cover the creation of said logs. We need better log creation. Maybe apex/log is a good package that we can use to create better readable logs.
