As a developer, I want to provide a way for different cloud providers which want to use ONAP to be able to report common Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security (FCAPS) information from there cloud via the Multi-Cloud Mediation Layer, So that different ONAP components that need access to this data can do it by using a unified set of ReST APIs without needing to know the specifics of the underlaying cloud.
