Create a new CNF package containing CNF versions of the VNF vIPSEC. The package needs to contain nodeSelector for QAT hardware card.

The dummy heat package containing the CNF artifacts should have similar structure to the real CNF package.

SO does not currently deconstruct CNF packages. It likely won't do so until an appropriate model for K8s is part of AID and the AAI schema.

SO needs to know the structure of the CNF by looking at the VNF dummy model. SO can then home using the dummy structure and get the appropriate cloud site to instantiate the CNF. Once the CNF is sent to K8s, it will use nodeSelector labels to place the CNF on the nodes with appropriate HPA capabilities.
