This micro-service will expose REST API's to user for sending intents to generate intermediate keys/certs for a logical cloud. In the back-end will use CFSSL to generate the intermediate keys/certs and will update the shared database for that logical cloud.

• Register with DCM using register interface
• Identify the Interfaces for user to send intents
• Identify the required options to ISTIO to bring up with given intermediate key/cert and chain.
• Bring-up of CFSSL with root CA to issue intermediate certificate
• Identify the data flow and options to install ISTIO with intermediate key/certs.
• Database interface to share data with DCM
