MDBC is susceptible to deadlock conditions.  Music must be able to detect when creating or acquiring a lock would result in deadlock and throw an appropriate exception.  In order to use this code, Music client must specify a lock owner when creating a lock.  If the lock owner is specified, the deadlock detection will not run and there will be no effect on normal Music processing.
