Meeting Note:

• Jason presented the S3P status analysis collected.
• The question what to do in this stage of the release cycle.
  • Code contributions cannot be done
  • Some testing can be done later
• Performance: Not much on level 2.  Need to look at the improvement plans
• Stability: comes later
• Resiliency: pretty good shape
• Scalability: Not identified as a high priority.  Seems OK
• Managability:  One dependency on logging capabilities that wasn't done.  For externalized config, there was progress
• Usability: mostly API documentation
