Proposed a architecture proposal for deployment flexibility which can support three different SP's scenarios, including core network virtualization scenario, IT or simple VNF deployment scenario and complex end to end orchestration scenario. 

and proposed requirements for this proposed architecture for Dublin release，including：

1. SDC supports SOL001 VNFD/NSD onboarding and distribution
2. SDC support SOL001 NSD design
3. NFVO directly exposes SOL005 interface to OSS/BSS
4. NFVO or SO is connected to SVNFM or GVNFM through SOL003 interface.
