Arcchom needs to propose the DUBLIN architecture by M3.

Some fine tuning was done, and there appears to be alignment with the latest update.

Feedback was recieved along the alignment and colors and repoistioning of the components.  It was agreed to drop the "+ projects" view.  To be sent out after updates.
