A formal reference about approved VES specification per ONAP release is required as reference for FM and PM dictionary format as NON MANO sets ETSI registration (to be then provided in  VNF/PNF vendor packages).

Is modelling subcommittee or architecture subcommittee responsible of VES specification approval?

I could guess architecture subcommittee as part of the API approval process per release.

Can I start to create a ONAP wiki page where for each ONAP release, we refer to an approved VES specification (ONAP Dublin Release –> VES Release 7.1) ?
