A presentation of the docker hub migration to see if there is any architectural implications.

• nexus doesn't support manifest lists, so the attempt was to have parrallel CD pipelines.
• nexus 3 docker caching register does not allow to pull and cache an arm docker image.
• Multi-architecture CI/CD pipeline proposal created in addition to nexus 3. 
• There was questions of HA and performace of dockerhub, and it is suggested to bring that information up when it is presented to the TSC.

There wasn't any architectural issues identified.
