Integration of Acumos with DCAE

 The self service control loop and the Acuos-ONAP DCAE integration came together.

 The Acumos-ONAP DCAE integration proposes a DCAE modulue for adapting the output of acumos for input onto DCAE.  The self service control loop can then incorporate this into a design loop.

Moves DCAE-DS from SDC to DCAE.

 The proposal was considered OK from an architecture prespective and considered approved.
