• There was a comment regarding as to whether this could be generalized to run anything at the edge.
• There was a comment that this applies to any non-network function application
• Make it a more general statement about how to make a non-VNF application.
• Rename to Deploying distrubted external functions at the edge.

2019-10-15 Archcom:

• Analytics at different levels
• Indicated that there is a common framewwork for different scopes at the edge.
• Akraino ICD, distributed analtyics framework covers
  • collection, distribution, datastorage, training, storage model DB, inference (TF, Seldon), action, ...
• The challenged described is to connect the different analytics framework etc with ONAP.
• From an ONAP perspective, then this proposal indicates that the analtyics framework is a "service" to deploy the analytics framework.
• It was clarified that this was not about Analytics at the edge, but about having a network function at the edge
