ARCCOM decision is as follows:

• Requirement: Reviewed and approved by ARCCOM on May 23, 2023; and reopened it for R14
• Architecture: Its architecture approval is on hold because we need additional impact analysis; i.e., we need to schedule another review for API impact to SDNC, DCAE, Policy, SO, UUI and others. zhuguanyu  and llly plan to discuss this matter with the SDNC PTL first. At the next ARCCOM meeting, additional PTLs will be invited for review the incident API architecture and use across ONAP
• For R14, Guanyu has reviewed this requirement with SDNC and CCSDK teams. Guanyu is checking if there is any impact to SDN-R.
