      dblib.properties are not set right for K8 deployment

      currently:
      org.onap.ccsdk.sli.jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://dbhost:3306/sdnctl

      needs to be:
      org.onap.ccsdk.sli.jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://sdnc-dbhost.onap:3306/sdnctl
