      between aai-gizmo (CRUD) and sdnc with geo-redundancy poc enabled.

      Error: UPGRADE FAILED: failed to create resource: Service "sdnhost-sdnc-2" is invalid: spec.ports[0].nodePort: Invalid value: 30266: provided port is already allocated

      30266.  sdnc team requested a contiguous block so we should choose another NP for gizmo.
