Redis common chart is no more required as only one app DCAE is using it as sub chart. 

At present, decided to continue with sub chart of Redis.

Instantiate a three element Redis cluster as part of the onap/common deployment to be shared by multiple ONAP projects. This instance will use the common redis charts.

Note: Agreement from each of the projects teams is required before they are switched to use of a common DB instance. If agree isn't achieved, the subtask should be marked Won't Do and completed.
