GlusterFS configuration for ONAP

      In order for operators to use Gluster as an ONAP storage backend, a new K8s storage class needs to defined. This story will provide detailed instructions on how to build a Gluster cluster and enable its use within OOM - much like what has been done with NFS (see https://onap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submodules/oom.git/docs/oom_setup_kubernetes_rancher.html#setting-up-an-nfs-share-for-multinode-kubernetes-clusters).
