Currently node ports 30261->30266 and 30272->30273(mysql) are reserved for SDNC GEO enabled communication. As I understand it, this type of communication is not being used in a standard ONAP deployment. It is available as part of a POC. As such I would like to request the release of these node ports for the 302 range so they may be used by other components.

Instead, lets move them SDNC GEO communication to a new range (ie. 303?).
