SDC/activity-spec-* images not found in Nexus3 for ONAP Beijing

      In Beijing release of the OOM sdc/charts/sdc-act/values.yaml the following image releases are defined:

      # application image
repository: nexus3.onap.org:10001
image: onap/activity-spec:1.3.0-SNAPSHOT
configInitImage: onap/activity-spec-init:1.3.0-SNAPSHOT

      As both are not available in nexus3, the startup of the pods fail:

      Normal Pulling 46m (x4 over 49m) kubelet, k8s-2 pulling image "nexus3.onap.org:10001/onap/activity-spec-init:1.3.0-SNAPSHOT"
 Warning Failed 46m (x4 over 48m) kubelet, k8s-2 Failed to pull image "nexus3.onap.org:10001/onap/activity-spec-init:1.3.0-SNAPSHOT": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = Error: image onap/activity-spec-init:1.3.0-SNAPSHOT not found
