new node port for Portal’s HTTPS port

The Portal team is looking for a new node port for Portal’s HTTPS port to be exposed similar to the http port 8989 which is exposed for Portal application.

Please let us know, the right port number that we should choose. So that the OOM scripts can be updated and the wiki page - https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/OOM+NodePort+List.
