Since the SO-Monitoring Helm Charts were originally submitted there were multiple changes in the Helm Chart structures of other components before the SO-Monitoring Helm Charts were merged. The Jenkins build did not pick up 2 of these changes that need to be fixed. Reviewing full structure and comparing to other SO charts.
