Issue: oomk8s/mariadb-client-init is out of sync requires new docker image in the public repo - https://hub.docker.com/r/oomk8s/mariadb-client-init/

To Close this defect: Seems like OOM team maintain this manually. Can some one from OOM team please help Portal team to push the new docker image into hub.docker.com with the latest Portal changes?

Questions to discuss or to brainstorm:

1. Any reason why this docker images created in the first place?
2. Portal team's concern is that
   • the below docker file uses a hardcoded branch name which is referring to OLD branch, so the team fixed it to use the latest branch, but the Portal team do not have access to quickly push a new docker image of "mariadb-client-init" so that the OOM deployments can take effect with the new changes.

   • The name of this docker image to generic and not reflecting the Portal's purpose.

 Proposal: Going forward in Dublin release, we would like to remove this dependency.
