Description
It is quite difficult today to visualize the health of the ONAP Platform. Logs are collected for most applications (but not all) and no default visualizations related to logging are available. Likewise, no health metrics are collected and exposed. The intent of this Epic is to address, at least in part, a centralized view of logging and metric related data to help an operator to understand if ONAP is healthy.
The initial steps would be to provide both a dashboard(s) to display such information. And be able to access them from a central UI.
