In vCPE Use Case we need to route from the SDNC to the vGMUX to configure the vBRG.
We add a static route for this.
We need a more general solution so that a egress point is established so we can get to the
vnf subnet from ONAP

ip route add 10.3.0.0/24 via 10.0.101.10 dev eth0

we are solving in Casablanca with a route on the k8 host but that is not robust.
