To be able to install the common mariadb instance, its chart should be rendered when any of the dependent applications are installed using helm install/upgrade/deploy.

For that one approach could be to modify the deploy.sh and provide the dependency there and when any application which needs mariadb is supposed to be installed, this script will create the mariadb release also.
