dev-consul pod takes up a lot of hard disk after running few days

      In CMCC lab, our one ONAP env deployed by OOM,  After running for 33 days, we found dev-consul pod took up a lot of hard disk，I don't know if you encounter such issue.

      Following is the information we found in our env:
