One of the preconditions for being able to run offline-installer during main ONAP development cycle and not just start after sign-off day once all artifact versions are stabilized is to have some automatic way for collecting all versions required for setting-up all data lists.

First part of this epic would be to create UST for tracking "automatic collection of docker images versions from latests OOM charts". Unfortunately our initial analyzis showed that it would not be easy to collect it as versions are described in many different formats so we did not find so far an easy way for collecting it. Maybe we can reuse helm or some other parsing mechanism for it but clearly we need to avoid need of reference online deployment and reverse engineering.
