We do not want to start another instance of a database without eliminating one at the same time. Memory footprint is already too large. So as a first step towards fully converting SO over to using the shared db in the "right way", We can simply reconfigure SO to point to the new shared db and remove the common chart from SO's requirement.yaml.

It is assumed that we can't simply reconfigure all applications to use the same shared db, without some changes to how the schema for each of the applications is created. If this is incorrect, and we can actually reconfigure all or most of the applications to use the new shared galera cluster, than by all means reconfigure more than just the SO under this task.
