Until first official Dublin packages are available, Casablanca 3.0.2 is supposed to be most recent and stable platform for our vFWCL and other usecases evaluation.

Scope of this task is to  update docker data list, acquire 3.0.2 offline platform so we can start using it. The issues raised should be handled in close cooperation with ONAP community.
