As initial set of Dublin images (+/- RC0) should be now somewhere available,
and Casablanca branch for offline installer was forked, let's build our first version of Dublin offline platform based on available artifacts.
Let's try to reuse as much of our datalist automation we have in place (see related issues).
but don't be dependent fully on it ..... the biggest outcome from this is to provide Dublin early platform ASAP to unlock first run of RKE based deployments on top of it.
So speed is crucial, not that much quality of how automatically we got that platform.
