This change modifies the file org.ops4j.pax.logging.cfg.

New line characters are stripped from certain log files.
The error log pattern has been made consistent with the ONAP logging standards.
Excessively long bundle names are truncated to 50 chars when appear in MDC entries.
The metric logger has been setup consistent with onap logging standards.
The audit logg has been setup consistent with onap logging standards.

The original changeset was not ready for merge I think I should have put as "work in progress"

It had some expressions only supported by chef which is not right.

The log file names should be easily changeable so properties were added to handle that.
Default log level of INFO on root logger had to be restored.
The routed bundle logs should not have been added as I have not tested those myself.
Chef expression for log dir was there and needed to be replaced with log4j2 property format.
A few MDC keys relied on chef expressions this has been fixed.
Security log was removed. Now it is added back with a unique name.
AbstractAuditLogFilter was duplicated in the config, fixed this.
