Migrate CMPv2 Cert-Service from AAF repo to OOM repo.

• In OOM repo:
  • Get rid of all AAF references (includes name, labels, packet names, etc)
  • Create Jenkins Jobs
    • Add new Jenkins job which integrates CertService with NexusIQ
  • Update docker names
  • Update OOM master
  • Update documentation and link to OOM documentation
• In AAF repo:
  • Remove master branch
  • Remove link from AAF documentation in master branch
