We have noticed that there are few parameters in example override openstack.yaml files need to be described how to get the values for making ease of usage and remove the global section which overrides and causing connection issues with this repository "10.12.5.2:5000" while deploying ONAP using below OOM Quick Start Guide

1) Remove the global section from the example override openstack.yaml files to avoid connection timeout errors with this repository "10.12.5.2:5000"

2) Add comments with how to get values for all the required openstack parameters in example override openstack.yaml files
