As from Istanbul release only integration with CertManager for CMPv2 is going to be supported it is needed to delete CertService client mechanism from ONAP which includes:

• CertService Client initContainer removed from CI (to not build it anymore)
• CertService client code and docker images kept
• CMPv2CertManagerIntegration flag removed from OOM
• OOM cleaned up:
  • CertService client template removed from OOM
  • SDNC chart updated accordingly
• Documentation clean-up executed (CertService Client removed, CertManager approach stays)
• OOM CertService change log updated with information that CertService client mechanism is no longer supported in Istanbul release
