SUMMARY
Onap Honolulu 8.0.0 setup fails due to database connection errors

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- nohup chartmuseum --storage local --storage-local-rootdir /onap/helm3-storage/ -port 8879 &
- helm plugin install https://github.com/chartmuseum/helm-push.git
- helm repo add local http://127.0.0.1:8879
- git clone -b honolulu http://gerrit.onap.org/r/oom --recurse-submodules
- cd oom/kubernetes
- make SKIP_LINT=TRUE all ;
- make make SKIP_LINT=TRUE onap;
- update onap/resources/overrides/openstack.yaml due to our setup
- helm deploy dev local/onap --namespace onap --create-namespace --set global.masterPassword=argela -f onap/resources/overrides/onap-all.yaml -f onap/resources/overrides/environment.yaml -f onap/resources/overrides/openstack.yaml --timeout 900s
EXPECTED RESULTS
- All pod which are created by sts or deployment or replicaset are in running mode . All job in complete status
