As an ONAP developer, I would like to update the helm charts of the common Cassandra component to add a capability to collect and expose key metrics through a Prometheus-friendly endpoint.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Use an open-source solution for collecting Cassandra metrics efficiently.

2. Export Apache Cassandra metrics through a Prometheus friendly endpoint.

3. The exposed metrics should be accessible via an endpoint "/metrics".

4. The port used for exposing metrics should be configurable via values.yaml.
