Random nodeport values for strimzi

      Strimzi kafka exposes random nodeport that randomly conflict with other components during instalation.

      I observed the problem when SDNC was not deployed due to a conflict of NodePorts of strizmi kafka with SDNC dgbuilder (port 30203) what has broken installation of SDNC.

      We need to have nodeports fixed. They cannot be dynamic.
