Extend the Ingress template and add Component ingress configuration

      For London the Ingress based deployment will be default.

      Therefor the template needs to be flexible to support 

      • different Ingress gateways (Istio, Nginx , Traefik )
      • different external ports/protocols
      • ...

      and add the configuration for different components:

      • DCAE MSs
      • Portal-NG
      • Strimzi

      Additionally Nodeports need to be disabled in case of Ingress setup
