In case no istio sidecar exists in a job pod, as it is disabled by general Istio settings,
the readiness container fails,
as the /quitquitquit call to the sidecar port fails and so the whole job fails:
urllib3.exceptions.MaxRetryError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='127.0.0.1', port=15020): Max retries exceeded with url: /quitquitquit (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7fc1c9d5d160>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))
So there should be a test, whether the sidecar is deployed...
