Policy A1PMS ConfigMap has duplicate entries

      Generating the helm template shows an error:

      yaml: unmarshal errors: line 118: mapping key "A1pmsParticipantParameters.yaml" already defined at line 13 line 119: mapping key "logback.xml" already defined at line 14

      This is caused by duplication during ConfigMap Generation:
