The Chart.yaml file for the dcae-tcagen2 component (oom/kubernetes/dcaegen2-services/components/dcae-tcagen2/Chart.yaml) has a duplicate entry for "ServiceAccount" in the list of dependencies.  This causes problems with a "make all" build of the OOM charts in at least one environment.  (In the OOM gating environment, it has not been a problem.)
