The TN NSSI instantation fails when a communication istance already exists into AAI/DB (or more in general when more than one communication service is created).

How to reproduce the issue?

From UUI, create a first communications service .
After the creation is completed, try to istantiate a second communication service .
You noticed that the second instantation fails during the deployment of the TN nssi.
The issue is related to NSSI TN Selection.
