Local branches / commits usually are hard to test especially if they involve artifacts related to CI/CD process - while we have proper docker jobs and scripts that are invoked from ONAP's toolchain for CI/CD, I find it extremely useful to be able run and test the current working area with docker containers. Separate folder/scripts should be created for this local docker setup and should not interfere with those that are used by the ONAP toolchain.
