Casablanca CSIT is failing and needs to be updated to support MUSIC v3 with Basic Auth, AAF support, sync conductor.conf etc.

There are some application side bugs as described below..

onap template with lati and longi without constraints and without optimizations was failing as there was some ArrayList IndexOutofBound exception in RandomPick optimization algorithm. 

Fix issues in Prometheus metrics, flavor maps needs to use iterator to loop through key,value pair. 

Labels were wrongly initialized in the VNF_SCORE metric.
