Update CMSO to support SO interface for scheduling workflows

The software is currently constructing the SO URL based up on the ECOMP callback to VID. 

<callbackurl>/<vnfname>

This needs to be changed to support direct call to SO 

<sourl>/<vnfname>/<workflow>

 In addition, to support scheduling multiple VNFs, the callback data will now need to be parsed to select the payload for call to SO

 Without this change, CMSO will only run in 'standalone' mode which simulates the SO interaction without scheduling any actual workflows to the VNF.
