As OOF developer, I would like to develop the data plugin to the Multi Cloud for the following:

• Clustering API
• Query/event federation(Pub/sub) for capacity information

The goals is to support a hybrid mechanism that can utilize aggregate information from Multi Cloud when possible, and retrieve an instance specific metric at a finer granularity when required. Resource reservation is not an R2 priority and there are some discussions about possible ways to expose this function if cloud is capable of doing reservations.
