To support providing conflict free schedules

• Define Topology API and provide implementation using A&AI
• Define Ticket Management API and provide TM Simulator
• Implement interface to Policy to support definition of schedule constraints
• Define API to the optimizer
• Implement model driven optimizer to provide conflict-free schedules

To complete scheduling activities

• Refactor CMSO Create Scheduler API to support SO interface
• Implement interface to SO for scheduling CM workflow requests
• Implement interfaces to TM Simulator
• Implement AAF AUthentication
• Implement HTTPS

All tasks except for the truststore (deferred to El Alto) completed in Dublin.
