SO requests OOF for matching NSIs for a given set of NSTs and Service Profile. 2 scenarios are possible:

1. OOF responds with matching NSIs, as well as recommendation on how to construct new NSIs (using existing or new NSSIs) along with the relevant details such as Slice Profile, NSSI details, etc.
2. OOF responds with information on how to construct new NSIs (using existing or new NSSIs) along with the relevant details such as Slice Profile, NSSI details, etc.

In both cases, if there are more than 1 solution, each of the solutions proposed will have a rank/match details for SO to decide which option to choose first.
