Music api has been updated to a springboot application and https mode has been enabled.

In HAS, when I set enable_https_mode = True for music_api, the code doesn't use the server_url like it does for http, which breaks the deployment.  I think host, port, etc are deprecated in HAS, so removing line #145 & 146 should be suffice.
